2. Our Services

Blue 16 Electrical provides domestic and commercial electrical services across West Sussex, including but not limited to installations, repairs, rewiring, consumer unit upgrades, and emergency call-outs.

3. Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
• Quotes are based on the information provided at the time and may be subject to change if the scope of work changes
• We will always communicate any additional costs before proceeding with extra work
• Payment terms will be agreed before work commences

4. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for same-day cancellations where materials have already been purchased.

5. Warranty & Guarantees

• All electrical work carried out by Blue 16 Electrical is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion
• This guarantee covers workmanship only; manufacturer warranties apply separately to materials and products
• The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party interference, or normal wear and tear

6. Liability

Blue 16 Electrical holds full public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

7. Compliance

All work is carried out in accordance with the current edition of BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations) and all applicable Building Regulations. Certificates will be issued for all notifiable work.

8. Access & Site Requirements

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area. We may need to isolate the electricity supply during works. We will always inform you in advance and minimise disruption where possible.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of Blue 16 Electrical and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
